A couple of things of note:
1) If you are registering more than one child, you must fill out the registration form for each child.
2) Please make sure Email addresses are correct. This the primary communication method and bounced email is inconvenient for everyone involved.
3) If your child played Penfield Youth Lacrosse in the past, please find their US Lacrosse ID # and fill it in on the form. It can be found just above the name on the US Lacrosse magazine mailing label.
4) Upon completing the registration form, you can pay online via the Google Checkout link at the bottom of the page.
